   The book Suppliers/Publishers/Distributors etc. of Delhi/NCR who intend to supply books to the Election Commission of India, Library and Resource Centre on approval basis during the financial year i.e. 2020-2021, 2021-2022 may apply for registration of their firm in the prescribed Proforma and Annexures attached. The prescribed Terms and Conditions laid down by Election Commission of India, Library and Resource Centre are also attached.
   The book suppliers/publishers should be members of State Book Suppliers/Publishers Association, Delhi or Federation of Indian Publishers or Book Suppliers Association (FIPBA), New Delhi or National Associations for book suppliers. Self attested copy of the same is required.
   The duly filled in application along with necessary documents are required to be submitted by 31st May, 2020 in a sealed envelope on the blow mentioned address,

   केन्‍द्रीय सरकार के अन्‍तर्गत ऐसे अधिकारी:
   क      (i) जो नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारित करते हों; या
   (ii) जिन्होंने पे-मैट्रिक्स [रु.25,500-81,100/-] के लेवल 4 के पदों पर पाँच वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो; और
   ख      जिनके पास स्‍थापना या निर्वाचन मामलों में दो वर्षों का अनुभव हो।  
   2.     प्रतिनियुक्ति की प्रारंभिक अवधि एक वर्ष की होगी, जिसे तब तक के लिए बढ़ाई जा सकती है जब तक आयोग में सेवाओं की आवश्यकता हो।  
   3.     चयनित व्‍यक्तियों के वेतन और भत्‍ते कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग के दिनांक 17.06.2010 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्‍या 6/8/2009-स्‍था. (वेतन-II), समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित, के अनुरूप विनियमित किए जाएंगे। 
   4.     पात्र एवं इच्‍छुक व्‍यक्ति जिन्हें उनके मूल कार्यालय द्वारा तुरंत कार्यमुक्त किया जा सकता है, उचित माध्‍यम से अधोहस्‍ताक्षरी को विहित फॉर्मेट (अनुबंध-I) में 15.07.2019 तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं।  
   5.     विहित फार्मेट में आवेदन अग्रेषित करते समय यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि आवेदन के साथ निम्‍नलिखित दस्‍तावेज संलग्‍न किए गए हों:
          (i)  संबंधित व्‍यक्ति की पिछले तीन वर्षों की चरित्र पंजिका की अनुप्रमाणित प्रतियां
          (ii)  सतर्कता अनुमोदन और सत्‍यनिष्‍ठा प्रमाण पत्र
          (iii) पिछले दस वर्षों के दौरान कोई शास्ति, यदि अधिरोपित की गई है, तो उसका विवरण 
   6.     चयन, आयोग द्वारा संचालित साक्षात्‍कार/व्‍यक्तिगत चर्चा में अर्हता प्राप्त करने पर किया जाएगा। चयनित अभ्‍यर्थियों को बाद में अपनी अभ्‍यर्थिता वापस लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। साक्षात्‍कार/व्‍यक्तिगत चर्चा के लिए किसी प्रकार का टीए/डीए या कोई अन्‍य भत्‍ता नहीं दिया जाएगा। 
   7. किसी भी दृष्टि से अपूर्ण आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

    Sub:       Filling up of 05 (five) posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO) Grade ‘D’ in Level 06 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400) of the Pay Matrix, 05 (five) posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO) Grade ‘B’ in the Level 05 (Rs. 29,200-92,300) of the Pay Matrix and 09 (nine) posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO) Grade ‘A’ in the Level 04 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) of the Pay Matrixin the Secretariat of the Election Commission of India on deputation basis.
    The Election Commission of India proposes to obtain the services of 05 (five) Data Entry Operators (DEO) Grade ‘D’ in Level 06 [Rs. 35,400-112,400] of the Pay Matrix, 05 (five) Data Entry Operators (DEO) Grade ‘B’ in the Level 05 [Rs. 29,200-92,300]of the Pay Matrix and 09 (Nine) Data Entry Operators (DEO) Grade ‘A’ in the Level 04 [Rs. 25,500-81,100] of the Pay Matrix on deputation basis from amongst the following Officers under the Central Government: -

    b)            Possessing following minimum educational qualification:
    (i)            Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Computer Science from a Recognized Board or equivalent and
    (ii)           A speed test of not less than 1500 key depression per hour for Data entry work.

    Data Entry Operators (DEO) Grade ‘B’
    a)            (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or
    (ii) With 5 years service rendered in Data Entry Operator Grade ‘A’ on regular basis in Level-04 [Rs. 25,500-81,100] or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
    b)            Possessing following minimum educational qualification:
    (i)            12th pass in science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
    (ii)           A speed test of not less than 1500 key depression per hour for Data entry work.

    Data Entry Operators (DEO) Grade ‘A’
    Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis.
     
    2.            The initial period of deputation will be for 03 (three) year, which may be extended till the services are required in the Commission.
     3.            The terms and conditions of deputation of the selected persons will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel and Training OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II), dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time.
     4.            Eligible and interested persons and whose services can be spared immediately by their parent office may apply, through proper channel in prescribed format (Annexure-I), to the undersigned latest by25.09.2020.
     5.            While forwarding the application in the prescribed format, it may be ensured that following documents are enclosed with the application:-
                                 I.            Attested copies of the Character Rolls of the person concerned for the last three years
                                II.            Vigilance clearance and Integrity Certificate.
                               III.            Statement of Penalties imposed, if any, during the last ten years.
    6.            Selection will be based on qualifying in the Interview/Personal Talk conducted by the Commission. The candidates selected will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently. No TA/DA or any other allowance shall be provided for Interview/Personal Talk.
    7.            Incomplete applications, in any form, will not be considered.
    8.            The Commission reserves the right to withdraw the circular/cancel the appointment process at any time without assigning any reason.
