            In continuation of the Commission's letter No. 52/2019/SDR/ETPBS-Vol.II dated 8th January, 2020, I am directed to forward herewith the Commission's Notification No. 52/2020/SDR dated 10^th January, 2020 notifying the categories of electors mentioned therein for the purposes of facility of voting through postal ballot as absentee voters on essential service. This may be published in the State Gazette immediately and a copy of the same may also be forwarded to the Commission.
