EMPANELMENT OF PUBLISHERS/DISTRIBUTORS/BOOK SUPPLIERS
FOR SUPPLY OF BOOKS
The book Suppliers/Publishers/Distributors etc. of Delhi/NCR who intend to supply books to the Election Commission of India, Library and Resource Centre on approval basis during the financial year i.e. 2020-2021, 2021-2022 may apply for registration of their firm in the prescribed Proforma and Annexures attached. The prescribed Terms and Conditions laid down by Election Commission of India, Library and Resource Centre are also attached.
The book suppliers/publishers should be members of State Book Suppliers/Publishers Association, Delhi or Federation of Indian Publishers or Book Suppliers Association (FIPBA), New Delhi or National Associations for book suppliers. Self attested copy of the same is required.
The duly filled in application along with necessary documents are required to be submitted by 31st May, 2020 in a sealed envelope on the blow mentioned address,
