"Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party", a recognized State party in the State of Jammu & Kashmir having reserved symbol 'Bicycle' in said State, has requested the Commission for concession under Paragraph 10 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968 for allotment of the said symbol 'Bicycle' to its candidates being set up by the party at the current general election to the House of the People, 2019 of in all the Parliamentary constituencies in the state of Tamil Nadu.
The Commission has decided to extend the concession sought by the party under paragraph 10 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968 in those constituencies where Tamil Maanila Congress(Moopanar) does not set up the candidates. Accordingly, the candidate set up by "Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party" at the current general election to the House of the People, 2019 in those Parliamentary constituencies where Tamil Maanila Congress(Moopanar) does not set up the candidates shall be allotted the symbol 'Bicycle' and in the constituencies where Tamil Maanila Congress(Moopanar) sets up candidate, the candidate of Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party will be allotted symbol out of the list of free symbols
The Returning Officers may be informed accordingly.
