    " Aam Aadmi Party", a recognized State party in the States of Punjab and NCT of Delhi having reserved symbol 'Broom' in said States, has requested the Commission for concession under Paragraph 10 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968 for allotment of the said symbol 'Broom' to its candidates being set up by the party at the current bye-election to the Legislative Assemblies in the state of Gujarat in 77- Jamnagar Rural, 64- Dhrangadhra and 85- Manavadar Assembly Constituencies of the State. The Commission has decided to extend the concession sought by the party under paragraph 10 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968.
